The long cold winter!

Welcome to the days of winter where we hope and wish for sun and still keep our coats and hats handy. The snow, ice, and large quantity of rain have been a bit nuts. Fingers crossed for no more snow. Although today's rain is causing local flooding and ponding of water, so be careful!

People seem to be liking the online scheduling. Please let us know if you have any issues or whacky things happen while attempting to get on my schedule. And, always, always remember to check with us over the phone if there is a particular time you want and the system isn't letting you choose it. I am way more flexible than it is.

The flu and cold season is still upon us and I'm considering myself lucky to have avoided it for the most part. Let me know if you'd like a treatment or some herbs to help your immune system do battle with all the nasty bugs still floating around. I know Kaiser is still recommending people to get their flu shot so it's not too late if you want to protect yourself in that way.

The lack of sun can take its toll on many of us so remember to take your Vit D and if you can get outside, do so because the best way to make Vit D is on your skin. Supplements help but actual outside is the best. The fresh air is probably good for you too. :)

It's almost time to start getting the yard ready to go. I know my pile of branches and storm debris is ridiculous and I'm guessing I'm not the only one. Most important is to remember to not be too crazy and hurt yourself. And, if you do, I'm here!

See you soon!!
