We accept patients the following insurances - Regence Kaiser, VA Community Care, Moda, Premera, TPSC, and PIP.
Medicare Advantage for the above can be used if there is a chronic low back pain indication.
We are no longer accepting the following insurances: United Healthcare, Pacific Source, UMR, GEHA,Optum, Humana, Molina, ASHN, Providence, Cigna patients, or third party motor vehicle.
Clinic appointments are typically available Tuesdays - Fridays 10am - 5pm. If you would like a late afternoon or evening appointment you will have to call to get scheduled as those are our most popular time slots and are not available online.
I continue to request anyone with new or worsening symptoms or recent known exposure to any respiratory virus to wear a mask while in clinic and/or reschedule 5 days after symptoms begin. We thank you for your cooperation! My goal is always to keep you, your family, and mine as safe as possible!
