Note - If Medicare is your primary insurance, we can not bill medicare. If you have a supplementary or secondary insurance we may be able to bill them. Medicare only pays for CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN.  If you don't have chronic low back pain you will have to pay out of pocket.
